​Discovering Legacy strives to provide the best experience for our event attendees. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Refund requests must be submitted no later than 5 business days before the event date.

    • Full refunds will be issued if the event is canceled by the organizer.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 3 days of the event date.

    • Tickets purchased for events that are rescheduled will be honored on the new date. Refunds for rescheduled events may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Refund Process

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@discovering-legacy.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

    • We will review your request and provide a response within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  4. Transfer of Tickets

    • If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact our customer support team at info@discovering-legacy.com to arrange the transfer.

  2. Non-Refundable Services

    • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the customer are generally non-refundable.

    • Custom services or projects with significant time and resources invested may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Refund Process

    • We will review your request and provide a response within 3 – 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 – 7 business days.

For Print-on-Demand Items:

Discovering Legacy strives to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to request a refund, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

    • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Custom items and sealed goods, such as face masks, are not eligible for refunds due to health or hygiene reasons.

    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

  3. Refund Process

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@discovering-legacy.com with your order number and reason for refund. We will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  4. Shipping Costs

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a link to pay for the return shipping.

    • Return Shipping Label Instructions

      1. Once your return is approved, we will send you an invoice to cover the cost of return shipping.

      2. Once you pay the return shipping invoice we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.

      3. Print the label and attach it to your return package.

      4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping facility.

  5. Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@discovering-legacy.com for further instructions.
