Scope of Services

Discovering Legacy ("we," "us," "our") provides a range of professional services, including but not limited to Consulting and Networking. These services are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

 

Service Delivery

  • Service Agreements: All services will be provided in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement signed by both parties.

  • Project Timelines: Estimated project timelines will be provided at the outset of the project. Any changes to the timeline will be communicated to the client promptly.

  • Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality services. Regular reviews and quality checks are conducted to ensure standards are met.

 

Fees and Payment

  • Service Fees

    • Fees for services are detailed in the service agreement. Fees are subject to change and will be communicated to the client in advance.

  • Payment Terms

    • Payments are due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We accept most major credit/debit cards, checks, or cash.

  • Late Payments

    • Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges as specified in the service agreement.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Clients may cancel services with 3 days' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling

    • Clients may request to reschedule services with 3 days' notice. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information

    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the provision of services.

  • Preparation

    • Clients must ensure that any required preparations are completed prior to service delivery.

 

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. All client data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

Discovering Legacy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the provision or use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration, in accordance with the laws of New York.

 

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Professional Services Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review the policy periodically.
