Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel services with 3 days' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients may request to reschedule services with 3 days' notice. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
